Research Interests

ICE Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Space Sciences (ICE/CSIC) and Institute of Space Studies of Catalunya (IEEC). He obtained his Ph.D. in Astrophysics in the University of Crete (Greece) under the supervision of Andreas Zezas, and continued as a postdoc in the University of Geneva in the group of Tassos Fragos. His main research interests are: evolution of binary stars, accreting compact objects such as X-ray binaries, ultraluminous X-ray sources, and gravitational-wave sources. He is also interested in Machine Learning applications in astrophysics, and is a founding member/tutor in the Astrostatistics Summer School in Crete.
